In Toleman's history, there was only one occasion when they had the honor of
starting from pole position, and that was precisely in their final season as a team during the 1985 German Grand Prix, held at the new Nürburgring circuit. What does it matter today that said pole position was achieved with its Friday time, given that Saturday was run on wet roads? Tameo Kits has developed this kit with the usual quality of its products, carefully reproducing the shapes of the single-seater. The kit is complemented by an extensive sheet of photo-etched parts to provide maximum detail and the corresponding decals, which display all the flags that its sponsor, Benetton, used to enhance its image.

The Toleman TG185 was the single-seater built by the British Toleman team to compete in the 1985 Formula One World Championship. Designed by Rory Byrne, it was powered by the Hart 415T turbocharged inline-four engine, capable of producing approximately 800 hp. The TG185 made its debut at the Monaco Grand Prix, the fourth round of the season, where the team entered only one car for the Italian Teo Fabi. It wasn't until the tenth round of the season, the Austrian Grand Prix, that a second car was entered for Piercarlo Ghinzani, a driver from the Osella team. Teo Fabi gave Toleman its first and only pole position at the German Grand Prix, held at the new Nürburgring. The TG185's livery was very striking, with the car's bodywork covered in multiple national flags from around the world to further showcase its sponsor, the Benetton brand. Even today, this single-seater is remembered as the "Toleman of the flags." The TG185 was the last Toleman, as for the 1986 season the team was acquired by Benetton and renamed Benetton Formula.
