Shunko recommends using hot water, leaving the decals into the water longer than usual. After that, leave it untouched for about 20 seconds before handling, and position it carefully and slowly into place while applying heat with a hair dryer. Never use Mark Fit or any other decal fitting liquid. Shunko Models decal products are for advanced users only. If you fail to apply the decal, the manufacturer will not exchange or refund.
This decal sheet reference has been developed to replace the original decals of the kit, while various modifications have been made,
reviewing the size and design of the different logos. The Tamiya kit includes decals to make the versions of the 1977 Monaco and Japanese Grands Prix, and with this Shunko reference you can also make the versions of the
1977 Argentine Grand Prix, where the team obtained
its first victory, the
1977 Canadian Grand Prix, where they obtained their third victory in the team's hometown, and the
1978 Monaco Grand Prix, where in addition to achieving second place, the car presented a peculiar cockpit cover with protuberances on both sides. The golden decals to decorate the bodywork do not include logos to give the option of painting those areas. This 1/12 scale reference also includes
decals for the cylinder head covers, and includes a large-format instruction manual, making it easy to read.

The Japanese brand
Shunko Models is specialized in decals for renewing the sets of our older models, mainly from Tamiya and Hasegawa in both 1/24 and 1/12 scales, although they also delight us with some new decorations that never were available with the originals.
