To mark its 40th anniversary, Rover launched a
special commemorative version, of which only 250 units were built for the UK market. This special edition of the Mini featured a full leather interior, rally-style headlights, 13-inch Sports Pack alloy wheels, and a brushed aluminium dashboard, topped with a magnolia-coloured instrument panel. Hasegawa also produced a limited edition of its Mini Cooper kit, which includes the
special commemorative emblem mounted on the front hood.

The Japanese company
Hasegawa has been one of the benchmarks for civilian vehicles for years, with fantastic models of cars and motorcycles. Although their most classic products continue to delight the most demanding modellers, with reissues that allow us to continue enjoying them, the new molds from this manufacturer have been quite a surprise (a pleasant one) due to their considerable jump in quality both in details as in fittings. If you try, surely you will repeat!
