The Z432 version of the Nissan Fairlady was equipped with the famous S20 engine that was also fitted to the Nissan Skyline GT-R. This DOHC (double overhead camshaft) inline 6-cylinder engine, with four valves per cylinder, triple Solex carburettor and two camshafts (hence the designation 432), was combined with a 5-speed manual transmission. With a maximum power of 160 hp and a maximum torque of 18 kgm, it was capable of propelling the Fairlady to a maximum speed of 210 km/h.
Later, the Z432R version, intended for racing, would appear. The main difference was in the bodywork, made of FRP reinforced plastic panels and therefore much lighter. Only a few hundred units of the Z432 were produced and barely 30 of the Z432R version.

The Japanese company
Hasegawa has been one of the benchmarks for civilian vehicles for years, with fantastic models of cars and motorcycles. Although their most classic products continue to delight the most demanding modellers, with reissues that allow us to continue enjoying them, the new molds from this manufacturer have been quite a surprise (a pleasant one) due to their considerable jump in quality both in details as in fittings. If you try, surely you will repeat!
