In addition to the two units of the 991 GT3 RSR with the tribute colors, Porsche officially lined up in the 2018 24 Hours of Le Mans two other units that usually participate in the IMSA Championship on the EE.UU. The 911s with numbers #93 and #94 were registered in the GTE Pro category, with #93 achieving the best result by reaching the finish line in twenty-seventh position, although far from the category leaders.
