Tamiya re-edits its reference 24019, originally released in 1981, for a limited time. The kit faithfully reproduces the elegant style of the real vehicle. During assembly you can select between the version with a sliding roof or a sheet metal roof. Both the interior and the lower part of the chassis are reproduced in great detail. This re-edition benefits from
updated decal sheet and instruction manual.

Paints recommended by Tamiya / SpotModel for this product:
The Toyota Soarer, launched in February 1981, was Toyota's first luxury passenger car. Conceived as a 2-door hardtop coupe, it was characterized by its long nose while maintaining a short wheelbase, in addition to incorporating 6-cylinder in-line engines and a whole series of cutting-edge automotive technologies. The Soarer VR-Turbo appeared in June 1981, allowing its inline 6-cylinder engine to reach 145 HP. Both powerful and comfortable, this car is often recognised as one of the most notable luxury cars of the 1980s.
SpotModel recommends this product exclusively for experienced professional modellers and collectors. Take appropriate precautions as this product is not a toy, it can be toxic and/or dangerous. Keep away from children. Use is not allowed for children under 14 years.
