At a time when the different versions and evolutions of the Porsche 911, somewhere between the 934 and 935, proliferated giving rise to countless configurations, the Dick Barbour team lined up this Porsche in the 250 miles of Daytona, with a 934 nose for fins and rear wing of 935. Although it had a good classification, starting in tenth position, luck was not on his side in the race, and it had to abandon.
