It may seem to us that film advertising in the world of competition is something very recent, but it was already present more than 50 years ago, as for example in this Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 liter that raced in the 1973 Tour de France Automobile. One of the sponsors was the film “Le Grand Bazar", a French comedy that would be released that same year, and similar to the film's poster, caricatures of the main actors appeared on the body of the car.
