It is already possible to make the 500cc World Champion motorcycle in 1991, the Yamaha YZR of the great Wayne Rainey.
Based on the
Ducati 888 Superbike Tamiya kit, Studio27 has created a complete transkit with all the necessary parts to recreate the Yamaha. New
fairing, tank, rear tail, central chassis beam, swingarm, brakes, exhausts, and a long etcetera, are some of the pieces that you will find in the box, together with a complete photo-etched plate and decals that, apart from the usual decoration used in 1991 with the numbers with a yellow background, includes the one used in qualifying for the Japanese GP held in Suzuka, where the #1 number was without a background.

The Japanese brand
Studio27 was one of the pioneers in creating accessories so that we could improve and modify our models. Decals, photo-etched parts and transkits were quite a discovery a few years ago. They have continued to innovate, and without neglecting the products that earned their well-deserved fame, their commitment to carbon fiber patterns for many of our models has been another huge success. Absolutely essential!
