Additional details for the
Ferrari F2012 car scale model kit:
The Ferrari F2012 was the single-seater designed by Scuderia Ferrari to contest the 2012 Formula One season. The car was presented on February 3 at the Ferrari facilities in Maranello, and driven by Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa, it debuted on February 7 February 2012 in the first pre-season tests held in Jerez.
At first glance, the F2012 showed a major aerodynamic change at the front from its predecessor, the 150 Italia, highlighting the exaggerated 'duck nose' also featured on the Caterham and Force India F1s cars; while the rear part maintained lines similar to the previous year's car at the base, but incorporating an opening in the upper part of the chassis and styling the engine cover, which had greater curves in order to direct the air towards the diffuser.
