Revell's reissue of the Fujimi model of the mythical Ford GT40. Same pieces but with a slightly different and more complete decal sheet, with details such as the riveting of the seats, the belts, the window frames or the coloured tire marks. As in the Fujimi model, despite having a separate engine hood, the engine part is not detailed, the rear parts being limited to the gearbox and the exhausts.

The Ford GT40 is a racing car that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans four times in a row from 1966 to 1969. It was built by Ford Motor Company to compete in endurance races, and thus to face Ferrari who won six consecutive times. from 1960 to 1965.
