This is a scale model kit to be assembled by an adult; it includes all the parts as indicated but it does not include glue or paints, which can also be purchased separately at SpotModel!.
This kit is NOT a re-edition of the Trumpeter product!! It's a completely new product!! And what a product! Doors and front and rear hoods fully operable, a fully detailed engine, hardware to attach the suspension parts, and many other details. And with the option of being able to make any of the two versions that finished in first and second positions in the legendary edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1966. The black one with the number #2, or the most famous thanks to the cinema with the dorsal #1 and the mythical colors of Gulf.

Additional details for the Ford GT40 Mk II car scale model kit:

The Ford GT40 Mk II from the Shelby American team was a racing car that participated in the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans race in 1966. This vehicle was designed to compete and defeat the dominant Ferrari competitors at that time.

The Ford GT40 Mk II had a lightweight aluminium and fiberglass chassis, a 7.0-liter V8 engine, and approximately 500 horsepower, allowing it to reach impressive speeds on the straights of the Le Mans circuit.

In the 1966 race, the Ford GT40 Mk II, driven by Bruce McLaren and Chris Amon, had an outstanding performance, achieving a resounding victory by defeating the Ferraris. This victory marked a milestone in the history of motorsport, as it was the first time an American car manufacturer won Le Mans.
