In 1993, the
fourth generation of the Toyota Supra appeared, internally designated the A80. A coupé with a curvaceous design that has been reproduced with great precision in this kit. Also included are the active front spoiler and the large rear wing, a piece that was offered as an option. Another interesting aspect of the kit is the possibility of mounting its powerful inline
-6 twin-turbo engine, reproduced down to the smallest detail. The underbody, with its advanced double wishbone suspension, has also been reproduced in great detail. The kit allows you to choose between the left-hand and right-hand drive version.
Additional details for the
Toyota Supra car scale model kit:
If we were to compare Japanese sports cars to titans, the Toyota Supra would be one of their gods. Toyota designed the fourth-generation Supra with handling and performance in mind, equipping the twin-turbo Supra RZ with the venerated 2JZ-GTE inline-six engine. While this factory-installed engine produced 276 hp and 431 Nm of torque, its Hitachi-made sequential twin turbochargers, along with oversized internal components, made the Supra a potent platform for tuners. The fourth-generation Supra A80 was introduced in 1993 and remained in production for ten years. The A80 represented the pinnacle of Toyota's high-performance engineering before the turn of the century and is one of the paragons of the golden age of Japanese sports cars.
