Another re-edition of a classic Tamiya kit, the Nissan Silvia in its two-door coupé version. The model captures in detail the straight shapes with rounded corners of the body. Inside, both the bucket seats and the rounded instrument panel come as separate parts, as well as the central console (you can choose between two types) or the rear shelf. You can also choose between a right-hand or left-hand drive version. The lower part of the chassis is also finished in detail, with the exhaust system, its transmission system or the multi-link rear suspension. Once assembled, the model has a total length of 185 mm.

Additional details for the Nissan Silvia K's car scale model kit:

In the late 1980s, the Nissan Silvia was as popular as the Honda Prelude in the two-door coupe category. The fifth generation of the Nissan Silvia (type S13), which introduced major changes and completely redesigned the model, appeared in May 1988 under the slogan "Art Force Silvia". Its elegant and beautiful exterior lines, together with its well-crafted interior that envelops the occupants with its many curves, not only captured the hearts of young Japanese drivers, but also won several awards, including the 1988 Grand Prix Design Award, as well as the Car of the Year Award in Japan.

To define the equipment and motorization of the Silvia Nissan versions, I used the letters J, Q and K from the deck of cards, with K being the highest level. This version had a 1,800 cc, 4-cylinder turbo engine with double camshaft, capable of generating up to 175 horsepower. The drive was to the rear wheels, and it had independent suspension on all four wheels, where its rear multi-link layout stood out.
