Like the other two series of publications, all the photographs are taken from the personal archive of Japanese photographer Joe Honda, a pioneer in the coverage of Grand Prix and other international events. However, this series focuses on the drivers rather than their machines. The first volume of this series is dedicated to Ayrton Senna, covering everything from his debut race at the Monaco GP in the pouring rain, through to his first championship win, his time with Lotus, his most glorious period at McLaren from 1988 to 1993 and, finally, his final race in 1994.
This publication has 132 pages, with more than 400 color photos.
