The 1966 edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans was undoubtedly mythical, a vision reinforced in recent times by the famous movie "Ford versus Ferrari". But there were many other Ford GT40s in the race, like those that Renaissance has recreated in this decal sheet belonging to units of the
Shelby American and Holman & Moody teams with numbers #3 and #6, and with drivers as relevant as Mario Andretti or Dan Gurney. The decals include the
lines and logos of the Firestone tires used during the race, with different colors depending on the car. Something different!

The Ford GT40 is a racing car that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans four times in a row from 1966 to 1969. It was built by the Ford Motor Company to compete in endurance races, facing off against Ferrari who won six times in a row. from 1960 to 1965.

Renaissance Models is a French brand that has been creating complete models, decals, and transformation kits for years, both at 1/43, 1/24 and 1/12 scale. Their resin pieces, photo-etched parts and a multitude of available decorations will delight lovers of "less popular" versions.
