The McLaren MP4-25 is the single-seater car used by the McLaren team in the 2010 Formula 1 season. The English team's drivers are Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton.
The MP4-25 was unveiled at Vodafone's Newbury facility in the UK on 29 January 2010. Like Ferrari's F10, the rear of the car was carefully concealed to prevent anyone from copying their idea before the start of the season.
The MP-25 started the championship a little behind its main rivals, the Ferrari F10 and especially the RB6, but as the races went by the car improved, to the point of achieving two consecutive double wins mid-season at the Turkish and Canadian Grands Prix, showing its best version of the year. However, after Hockenheim, the team seems to enter a phase of stagnation, losing performance and being one step behind its rivals again, and even showing some reliability problems.
