It's been a long, long time since Tameo delighted us with a 1/24 scale model, right? Well, a few weeks ago they announced the release of the Ferrari 312T, a beautiful twelve-cylinder machine with which Lauda won the 1975 Italian F1 Grand Prix, in addition to being crowned World Champion for the first time.

The first units of the model kit have arrived at SpotModel, and the boss's hand is shaking: a full-color manual, meticulously detailed white metal parts, vinyls for the seatbelts, a ton of photo-etched parts, springs, metal parts, brass parts, rubber tires with the Goodyear logos embossed on them, 3D-printed parts, and so on and so forth... Without a doubt, we can say that this is the first time we've seen an European product of such high quality. Bravo, Tameo!

Wait a minute! We just detected that one unit is missing from the stock just as the boss was running out the door of SpotModel's warehouse... Coincidence? XD

Tameo Kits has almost finished its fifth 1/24 scale model kit. Yes, you read that right, 1/24 scale! This time, the model reproduced is a true legend among Ferrari enthusiasts: none other than the Ferrari 312T with which Niki Lauda won the first of his three world titles in 1975. The chosen version is the one used in the Italian Grand Prix held at Monza, where Clay Regazzoni took the victory, with Niki Lauda crossing the finish line in third place. This new kit is composed of more than 400 parts, entirely made of white metal and resin, complemented by photo-etched parts, decals, and new genuine rubber tires... which will also feature the word "Goodyear" printed on the sidewalls using tampo printing. Once assembled, the model allows many of its parts to be removed, revealing details such as the interior, chassis, engine, and the characteristic transverse gearbox, all without compromising accuracy, making it an exact replica of the real car Quite a challenge, but definitely worth it!!

Although in 1990 the team already laid the first stone with the participation of a Skyline R32 GT-R within the category of series cars or Gr.N, it was in 1991 when it obtained one of its greatest successes, the absolute victory in the 24 Hours of Spa, with an overwhelming dominance, which was also supported by the victory of Skyline registered as Gr.N, in what was one of the first Skyline victories outside of Japan, but without a doubt the most renowned. Any of the three Zexel sponsored builds, the 1990 and 1991 Gr.N, as well as the overall Gr.A winner in 1991, can be completed with this superb decal sheet, initially designed to fit Tamiya kits of the Nissan Skyline GT-R Gr.N and Gr.A respectively.

During the 1973 season, the Lotus 72D used some rather "special" front rims in certain races, as they were spokeless. MFH has developed this rim so you can customize your 1/12 scale Tamiya model kit of the Lotus Type 72D. Along with the pair of the external part of the front rims (this reference does not include tires), rivets and valves are included, which can also be used to enhance the detailing of the rear rims. To complete the rims assembly, you will need the parts (inner part of the rim and tires) from the Tamiya kit.

It is recommended to use only acrylic paints. The use of solvent-based paints softens the resin from which the stencil is made, so the fine details of some of the lettering may come loose and disappear.
