A Tamiya classic, in a version that also has history, since the Renault 5 Turbo was the winner of the 1981 edition of the Monte-Carlo Rally. A kit that, unlike the original, no longer has the electric motor, but which keeps the rest of the parts, such as the two drivers who can sit inside, which can be ideal to put our Renault 5 Turbo in some scenario with "movement". In this reissue, some details have been corrected, such as the car's number plates on the decal sheet, which now correspond to the rally-winning version.

The person behind the nickname Mr. K is Yutaka Katayama, who was the president of Nissan Motor Company in the USA and was involved in the creation of the first Fairlady Z, and his beloved vehicle is a beautiful yellow Datsun 240Z with a G-nose, left-hand drive and wired rims. The 1997 Heritage Collection version of the Mini Cooper 1.3 brought back the colours used by Minis in the 60s and 70s, as well as including new seat upholstery. The latter have been incorporated as new parts into the kit, which otherwise maintains its complete parts, with perfect fit.

Complete brake set designed for use on the Tamiya Benetton B188 kit. 4 brake discs are included, which can be fitted directly to the model without any further adjustment. This reference has two different caliper designs, varying the type of locking for the pads, with 4 units of each type. The calipers are much more detailed than the original ones on the kit, including the bleeders and the lower connecting tube between the two caliper bodies. The set is completed with 4 brake disc cores (2 front and 2 rear) and 2 sets of 4 central wheel nuts. This part is designed to allow you to connect the front suspension arms of your Tamiya 1/20 scale Benetton B188 kit. Thanks to this support that acts as a "template" it is possible to glue, fill and sand the kit parts B3 and B4 to the body before mounting the suspension.
