The powerful BMW 320 Group 5 sponsored by Rodenstock left its mark in the 1979 German DRM Championship. In the sixth round of the championship held at the Norisring circuit, luck was not on its side, as it could only finish in sixteenth position among Division II vehicles. But that does not take away one bit of charm from this striking decoration of one of the most famous Group 5 vehicles.
