Supergirls

Supergirls
We civilian scale modelers are crazy about wheels, spoilers, fairings, carburettors... and that's fantastic. They drive us crazy. And don't talk to us about any other topics, please.

That said, we're going to make an exception and this time we're going to focus our attention on the Supergirls, because two new biker girl figures in 1/12 scale by Meng Model have arrived and, to be honest, they are really amazing. Usually we don't add figures to our scale models but these biker supergirls make you change your mind, because they look incredible. They are made in traditional resin casting, with a nice parts list, decals to help you with the decoration, and a really nice packaging you don't see quite often. A full blown product without any doubts.

So don't hesitate, at SpotModel we have your Supergirl. Oh yeah!!!! :)

Tamiya: Hobby tool - Fine Craft Saws III (Thick-Bladed Type) 0,15mm - photo-etched parts - for Tamiya reference TAM74040

Tamiya Reference: TAM74105

In some situations, the cut made by a conventional saw can be too wide, causing unwanted changes in the length of parts. Manufactured in photo etching, this set of saw blades, only 0.15mm thick, solves this problem. The handles of the saws can be bent for better support when used by hand, but are also shaped to be used in conjunction with Tamiya's Modeler's Knife handle (reference TAM74040) available separately. The set includes four different types of saw blades.

Tamiya: Hobby tool - Handy Craft Saw II - for Tamiya references TAM74094, TAM74097 and TAM74105

Tamiya Reference: TAM74111

This little tool is exceptionally useful in building and modifying your models. The fine teeth of the saws ensure a cut with minimal effort and a clean edge when finished. Apart from the handle, the set includes two saws, with lengths of 46 mm (wide blade) and 43 mm (narrow blade). The saws are made of carbon steel, and have a thickness of 0.35 mm.

These scribing saws are ideal for redoing details that are lost when cleaning up mold marks, to emphasize existing panel lines, or directly to create panel lines. Compared to the fine saws (part number 74094), the teeth of these saws are smaller and have a finer pitch. The set includes three straight and three rounded saw blades, with a thickness of 0.1mm. The grips can be folded to allow the saws to be used directly by hand, but their shape also allows them to be used in conjunction with Tamiya's Modeler's Knife handle (reference TAM74040) available separately.
