Newsletter 173: Decal mania

A new and brilliant idea by Tamiya: a specifically formulated glue to be used with those decals that have lost their sticking powers. Just apply a dab of the product over the target surface, place your decal, remove the remains with a slightly wet brush and... voilá!!!
