This and many other pearls of wisdom (“F**cking goat!™”) were from a famous world rally pilot whose kit is just about to arrive any second from Aoshima, amongst the whole bunch of Fujimi references that keep comming from the Far East. Look closely, as you all know we're talking about our dearly beloved Carlos Sainz and his Toyota Celica ST165 which thrilled us all during the eighties. My god, it's gorgeous! ;)But let's get serious with some of the other interesting arrivals from Japan, like the Matra MS120 in 1/20 scale and the BRM H-16 in 1/43 scale from Model Factory Hiro, which also announces a new issue of Joe Honda books.
Talking about F1 in 1/43, in a few days we're also expecting the arrival of three new references of the Surtees TS9 y TS9B from This Way Up and, with that nice european scent, Pit Wall arrives with the transkit to convert SimilR Pescarolo Judd kit to 2009 version, Tameo with 1984 Ferrari 126 C4-M2, and Revell with the reedition of the awesome VolksWagen Karman Guia in 1/16 scale.

Here you have the first version of the Beemax scale model of the Toyota Celica GT-Four ST165, with the version used by Juha Kankkunen in the Australian Rally, and where the Toyota Celica achieved its first victory in the World Rally Championship. Raw power. That is what comes to mind when we think of the Cobra, And as the main protagonist, its 427 FE V8 engine with 7 liters of displacement and approximately 500 hp of power. This special edition of Fujimi has such a special detailed engine, in addition to the entire chassis, which also had to be reinforced to digest the brutal power of the car. It also has the trunk lid separately to detail that area. An ideal model to consider an "all open". By the way, Shelby is still selling you the full-scale model to this day!
